Appeal against Conviction - Appreciation of Evidence - Unlawful assembly - Common object - Murder - Unreliable and unbelievable witness - Corroborative evidence - When once the trial Court finds that the evidence of a particular witness was unreliable and unbelievable, it cannot be accepted as a corroborative piece of evidence to prove the complicity of accused in the commission of the crime - Plea on behalf of the appellant that though the very version spoken to by the witnesses persuaded the trial Court to acquit all other accused, except A-1 to A-5 and A-29 and the High Court to acquit A-4, A-5 and A-29, for the very same reasoning, the conviction of A-1 to A-3 cannot also stand accepted - The conviction and the sentenced imposed on the Appellants set aside.
