Arbitration - Necessary Party - Arbitrator is in seisin of the disputes between the parties -Respondent No.3 has raised some contentions that he is not a necessary party before the Arbitrator - Held that it is for the Arbitrator to take a call on that submission, since he is already before the Arbitrator - Main appeal and cross appeal liable to be dismissed - It will be open to the parties to raise all available contentions before the Arbitrator - Arbitrator requested to conclude the proceedings expeditiously preferably within a period of six months.
