Just and fair compensation - Evidence - Agriculturist - It must be reasonable, not as a bonanza, not a source of profit - No price of the limbs or lives can be weighed in golden scale, but at the same time the compensation is not to be expected to be a windfall for the victim - The deceased, an agriculturist - No proof of land or nature of land - Land of the agriculturist remains with the dependants - Damage, if any, may be appointment of a person to supervise, the agriculture in his place - Monthly income of the agriculturist assessed at Rs. 3000/- P.M., Rs. 2000/- held to be the dependency - Age of the deceased 25 - Multiplier of 18 applied.
