Genuineness of insurance policy covering risk of passengers - Not open to interference in appeal U/Article 136 - Policy proved by the Bank an independent agency as well - Insurance Co. producing some different policy not covering additional risk on addl. premium not proved - Insurance policy is a contract between the parties to it and both are bound by its terms and conditions - Insurance Co. is a trustee of public funds and the Act is a beneficial legislation for quick redressal of victims of accident - Contesting hotly each and every genuine claim and filing appeal in every case by the Insurance Co. - Conduct of Insurance Co. held to be against the public interest as also the very object of the Act purpose of insurance is frustrated - Insurance Co. cannot also file an appeal on the quantum of compensation.
