Advertisements and hordings on roadsides - Environmental pollution and road hazards causing holdings - Removal of - Right of hearing of affected persons - Though while dealing with issues like environmental pollution and road hazards there is no need for giving notice to all persons affected, it shall be open to the State Govt. or licenses to bring to the notice of the Court that there is no safety hazard involved.
