Bride committed suicide by consuming poison - Husband convicted on the basis of a letter which he had written to father of deceased making demand of certain articles of dowry - The letter was not produced before police during course of the initial investigation but was handed over after several months - No evidence brought to prove handwriting of accused - Dying declaration recorded by Tehsildar - Deceased exonerated all the accused - Convicted of husband set aside.
