Dowry death - Father and mother of victim had spoken about demand of dowry by appellant accused at the time of marriage which they could not arrange - There were minor contradictions in their evidence - Independent witnesses including neighbours - There was theory that deceased had a love affair prior to her marriage and out of frustration, she committed suicide - The fact that she did not take food for two days prior to her death, itself goes on to prove the mental torture that she suffered - Failure of appellants to give any explanation for her death in her own bedroom of burn injuries in the wee hours - A case which was completely covered by presumption under Section 113-B of Evidence Act - Judgment convicting upheld.
