Petition for divorce - Interim maintenance claimed by wife - Husband disclosed that her monthly salary was Rs. 30,000/- p.m. - Not believed - Husband highly qualified (CA, ICWA, CIMA and has also completed course of Computer Information Technology - He worked with renowed companies like TATA Technology and left the companies one after the other to grow big - Interim maintenance of Rs. 12,000/- fixed by High Court - Case remitted to High Court for fresh consideration of question of interim maintenance - Held - Since an order for interim maintenance by its very nature is temporary, a detailed and elaborate exercise by the court may not be necessary, but, at the same time, the court has got to take all the relevant factors into account and arrive at a proper amount having regard to the factors which are mentioned in the statute.
