Death of wife by drowning about one-and-a-half years after marriage - Evidence - Photograph of appellant (husband) with a young girl - Appellant contending that deceased had drowned accidentally and that mere illicit relationship of husband with another woman does not amount to cruelty to the wife - Held that, it cannot be believe that a woman who had been living in the area would have gone to answer call of the nature at a place where the water was 9 ft. deep and at a confluence of two rivers - Courts below found it to be a case of suicide on account of harassment meted out to the deceased on a minute appreciation of evident - Appeal dismissed.

Cruelty - Held that, illicit relationship of a married man with another woman, would clearly amount to cruelty.
