Dowry Death - Appeal against order of acquittal - Husband of bride, his father mother and sister sent up for trial - Trial Court convicted the husband and acquitted others for lack of evidence that they subjected deceased to cruelty for demand of dowry soon before her death - In appeal by State, High Court upheld acquittal of sister, but reversed the order of acquittal of father and mother and convicted them under Section 304-B Indian Penal Code - Order conviction passed by High Court set aside - Held, reversal of order of acquittal by High Court was without assigning any reasons.
