Arbitration Law - Interest - the High Court was not justified in interfering with the amount awarded in respect of the water charges which comes to Rs.1,68,890.25. Going by the general terms and conditions of the contract the department was bound to supply water, so found by the arbitrator rightly. Therefore, that part of the award of the Arbitrator, with regard to the water charges, is upheld.
