Conviction - Appeal against - The appellants killed the deceased by throwing her into the well by tying her hands and legs with the border of a Saree because of the non-fulfillment of the demand of Rs.50,000/- made by the accused persons for the purchase of a Jeep - The circumstances constitute a chain even stronger than the account of a eye-witness and without the involvement and assistance of A-1 and A-2, A3 alone could not have tied the hands and legs of the deceased with the border of the saree and threw her into the well which is at a distance of 400 ft. from their house - The prosecution established all the circumstances by placing acceptable evidence - Appeal dismissed.
