Investigation - By Sub-Inspector on the basis of the permission accorded by the Magistrate- The Sub-Inspector, CBI proceeded with the investigation and finally submitted charge-sheet - The order of the High Court setting aside the permission granted by the Magistrate to investigate the matter by Sub-inspector cannot be sustained in law.
