Dowry death - Expression 'soon before death' - There is live and proximate link between the demand of dowry and death- Mere mention that nobody may be held responsible, while also stating that all the doors were closed for her and she had no other way available (except to leave the world), is not enough to exonerate the appellant - Appeal liable to be dismissed.
