Appeal - Involvement of offending Bus in dispute - Proof of - Preponderance of probabilities - Witnesses present near place accident was between motor cycle and bus - FIR filed soon after occurrence - Simply involvement of bus in accident cannot make respondent liable to pay compensation unless rash and negligent driving proved - Road where accident took place was very narrow - No case of any witnesses that bus driver took any sudden turn while proceeding forward from traffic signal or that he swerved bus to right side - Contention of claimants cannot be accepted that accident was on account of rash and negligent driving by driver - No relief can be given to claimants.
