Constitution of India, 1950  - Article 142 , The Hindu Marriage Act, 1955  - Section 13

Divorce - Mutual consent - In view of the amicable settlement arrived at among the parties, the HMA proceedings before the Trial Court treated to have been filed under Section 13B of the Act, 1955 - By exercising power under Article 142 of the Constitution of India, the marriage declared to be dissolved in view of the fact that sufficient efforts made for settlement had failed for last more than six years.
