Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 - Section 19 - West Bengal Land Reforms & Tenancy Tribunal Act, 1997 - Section 15 - Judicial Review - Dismissal of application by Tribunal in which initiation of contempt proceedings was prayed for - Challenge - Not maintainable - Held that High Court does not lay down the law correctly by holding that when the tribunal refuses to initiate contempt proceeding, the aggrieved person has remedy only under Article 136 and not under Article 226/227 of the Constitution - Impugned order liable to be set aside and the matter remitted back.
