Education - Admission - Non grant of - MBBS Course - Compensation - Due to fault of the respondent-Medical College, appellants could not secure admission though placed in the merit list - Learned Single Judge of High Court recorded a finding that they are not entitled to the relief of admission sought for by them in the writ petition due to lapse of time and also held that appellant entitled to compensation of Rs. 3 lakh each - Held that the said direction have been erroneously reversed by the Division Bench - Order of the learned Single Judge awarding compensation of Rs. 3 lakh to each of the appellants liable to be restored.
