Information Technology Act, 2000 - S. 66 - Hacking of E-mail Account - Special Investigation Team - Held, Once chargesheet has been filed it is not necessary for Court to monitor the case and the case of hacking of e-mail account is not such which needs any investigation by SIT or CBI or court's monitoring - Merely sending some representation which was to be submitted to the President and Prime Minister of India, and other documents to an advocate who was a politician also would not tantamount to criminal contempt unless and until it is shown that the information was intended to help the accused in any manner whatsoever, it cannot be said that sharing of information tantamount to criminal contempt.
