The Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973  - Section 195 , The Contempt of Courts Act, 1971  - Section 2

Company Secretaries Act, 1980, Section 21 - Contempt - False Affidavit - Filing before Court - Contempt of Court - Apology - Having gone through the affidavit and having seen the apology thus tendered therein, proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act are only to be dropped - It would be unjust to permit other proceedings under Section 195 Cr.P.C. or under Section 21 of the Act,1980 to continue - All the three proposed actions against the appellant set aside, accepting the unconditional apology tendered by him - Appellant shall not indulge in any such adventures in future.
